You will gain exposure to a fascinating array of pathology in the midst of tropical Australia with a strong emphasis on Aboriginal Health. The role has attracted many dedicated trainees over the years and has been a highly valued experience by senior trainees. Advanced Trainees participate in outreach clinics in remote communities.
To be eligible for this exciting opportunity you are required to have passed the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) written and clinical examination or overseas equivalent.

We are seeking a dedicated cardiologist to join our regional cardiology practice in Gippsland, Victoria, an area with notably high rates of cardiovascular disease. Our practice is committed to providing accessible healthcare, including cardiac consultations and diagnostic testing, to regional patients.
Position Overview: We are looking for a cardiologist to provide consultations for general cardiology conditions. With established referral pathways, our practice can support the immediate commencement of your practice. Additionally, there are opportunities for ECG and Holter reporting.
Specialisation: Our practice would greatly benefit from a cardiologist with sub-specialty training in echocardiography. We offer existing opportunities for stress echocardiography and echocardiography reporting.
Location and Facilities: We are situated near a large regional health service with an expanding cardiology department and cath lab.
